XP in GTA drives cosmetic and stat unlocks. The best way to level up isn't to grind — it's to score better in the missions you'd play anyway.

Score higher, not longer

Mission end-screens reward accuracy, headshots, stealth entries, and time. A single well-executed run beats three sloppy ones.

Activity streaks

Repeating the same side activity gets diminishing returns. Rotate: a store job, a race, then a stunt sequence. Streak variety multiplies the XP payout.

Stealth stacks

Silent takedowns and undetected mission completions historically stack across multiple bonuses. If a mission allows stealth, use it — even partially.

What to skip

Deliberately dying to fail a mission for a partial payout. It sounds smart; it always turns out slower than a clean second attempt.
